The Design/Build Advantage

Legacy Homes offers design and construction services in one package for "Single Source Responsibility".  This offers the following advantages:

Our architects and construction personnel work together to design and build creative, unique and functional floor plans.  Beginning during the design phase and continuing through completion of the construction, the team of architects and builders collaborate to achieve an outstandingly beautiful finished home.  Award-winning Architect Mark Isaacs AIA is assisted by four architectural designers to tailor your home or commercial development to your particular needs.  The construction is then supervised by a highly skilled set of job foremen who have years of construction experience and knowledge.

More accurate cost estimates are possible at the earliest stages of design, giving you more control in balancing quality, quantity and your budget.  Accurate cost, specific allowances for finishes and fixtures, and prices for options allow you to get the most house for your money.

Energy Efficiency

Legacy Homes builds all homes using 2x6 exterior walls with a minimum of R19 wall insulation.  Energy Star certified homes are also available.  These homes use less energy compared to standard construction.

Commercial buildings can also take advantage of energy saving construction.  The Jewish Family & Vocational Services office building designed by Mark Isaacs uses 1/3rd of the energy of a conventional office building.
